Varicose veins are a cluster of discoloured blue, green and red veins that are seen on the thighs, ankles, hands, arms and sometimes the face. Typically 1mm to 2mm thick and can become noticeable during different stages of a person’s life.
What Are the Causes of Facial Veins?
Some of the major causes of facial veins include genes, sun exposure, drastic changes in the weather, and/or alcohol consumption. All of these factors have the ability to dilate and enlarge the blood vessels and bring them closer to the skin thus having broken capillaries.
