With Ashgrove Spa open for the last couple of weeks, we’ve been so happy to see all of our clients using our treatments and services to focus on their wellness and self-care. While we can’t say that things are completely back to normal, we are adjusting to a new normal as best we can!
Below we’ve put together a detailed list of how you can prepare for your next visit to Ashgrove Spa with our safety procedures in effect. We’ve also put together a video featuring a few of our amazing staff and clients, safe and protected during their visit to Ashgrove Spa!
How To Prepare For Your Visit To Ashgrove Spa
- When you arrive wearing your face mask, we’ll ask you to sanitize your hands and sign a short consent form about whether you are feeling healthy and safe enough to be with others.
- We kindly request that you arrive only a few minutes before your scheduled treatments. You’ll be directed to a safe waiting area where you can sit comfortably. Unless you require assistance for medical reasons, we will not allow any unscheduled persons to be with you. This is for physical distancing measures.
- We’re carefully disinfecting rooms and equipment between each client. Common areas and surfaces will be sanitized several times during the day as well a complete cleaning throughout the spa each night.
- We are asking you to kindly wait to book your treatment or reschedule your already reserved appointment if you are feeling unwell or were in close contact with someone who is sick or confirmed positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days. We will be unable to treat you if these conditions apply.
