Tweezing:
Pros: Tweezing is cost-effective; if you know basic principles of creating appropriate shape for your face type, this can be the technique offering major precision.
Cons: If you tweeze incorrectly, it could look like a bad haircut as we tend to over-tweeze. Best advice: leave it to the professionals!
Threading:
Pros: Threading allows for a detailed definition of the brow shape because you’re working closely with individual hairs. Threading is a fast way to amp up your shape.
Cons: Trust a salon who has experienced therapists in this technique; the speed of this service can cause reckless hair removal and bruising or skin irritation.
Waxing:
Pros: Waxing tends to have the longest period in between regrowth, if you have thicker, courser hair that grows back quickly, waxing is likely the best option for encouraging thinner, softer regrowth.
Cons: The most common complaint about waxing is the temporary red halo around the treated area. Also, low quality wax tends to tug at the skin which is not always recommended for sensitive skin types. Trust a salon with experienced therapist who is using only high quality product.
