We have recently added the option of texting you your appointment reminders!
Some of you may have already experienced it !? Our system will send you an automated text two days before your next appointment, at around 8 o’clock in the morning. We kindly request that you please confirm receipt of the message by simply pressing “1” on your phone to advise us that you have received our text.
We will still continue to call anyone who doesn’t have a mobile phone or who chooses not to receive text messages. We will also call any clients who have not responded back to our text reminder.
Please note that this new service will not allow you to text back a request to make changes to your reservation. We will need you to give us a call in those cases.
I truly hope this new option will serve you better. Since this is a new service that we’ve recently adopted we hope that it will run flawlessly! If we need to modify or update it, we respectfully request and appreciate your patience.
