Ashgrove Spa policies
We appreciate your time and patronage. When you book an appointment we confirm your time, treatments, the staff who will serve you and reserve the room and equipment that will be used on your behalf. To optimize our service to you and your fellow spa guests, please be advised of the following Ashgrove Spa policies:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. This will allow time for you to change and sip a beverage in a relaxed manner. Late arrivals will still finish at the scheduled time, while the treatment fee remains unchanged.
Group bookings of three or more people require a credit card deposit of 60% of the total of your booked services.
Spa Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking in order to assure your reservation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notification is required in advance of your reserved time. For groups of 3 or more, we require 4 days advanced notice for a cancellation. A 50% charge will be applied for late cancellations or missed appointments.
All of our therapists are highly trained, certified specialists. While our professionals also receive specific Ashgrove Spa instruction and employ similar, professional techniques, we are aware that you may wish to book a specific staff member for your treatments. To ensure that your preferred aesthetician, electrologist or therapist is assigned to you, please request them specifically when you book your appointments.
We advise you to treat every gift certificate as cash. If it’s lost, it cannot be replaced.
All Treatment Gift Certificates have 1 year price warranty date from purchase and will turn into it’s dollar value after with no expiry date.
Spa package discounts apply only to same day treatments.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
