We appreciate your time and patronage. When you book an appointment we confirm your time, treatments, the staff who will serve you and reserve the room and equipment that will be used on your behalf. To optimize our service to you and your fellow spa guests, please be advised as follows:

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment to give you the opportunity to leisurely change and enjoy a tea or coffee as our compliment.

Group bookings of three or more people require a credit card deposit of 60% of your booked services.

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, kindly give us 48 Hours notice. If you have booked more than one service or a group booking, we require 4 days notice. The 60% fee will be applied to your account for late cancellation or missed appointments.

All of our therapists are highly trained, certified specialists. While our professionals also receive specific Ashgrove Spa instruction and employ similar, professional techniques, we are aware that you may wish to book a specific staff member for your treatments. To ensure that your favoured esthetician, electrologist or therapist is assigned to you, please request that staff member when you book your appointments.

We advise you to treat every gift certificate as cash. If it’s lost, it cannot be replaced.
